The waistband of this skirt is very wide and strong, with stretch to it, and very comfortable to wear.
The skirt is lined nearly all the way down, the lining ending below knee level.
There are three layers to the skirt - the lining, then two very voluminous mesh layers. The outer mesh layer has a satin ribbon trim around the hem.
The skirt flares out dramatically from the seam joining the mesh to the waistband, and can be worn alone or underneath another skirt/dress to give it more volume.
Easy pull on design.

Tips for measurements to get the right fit for you:
I have personally measured each of the items I have for sale, so that you are not disappointed by the fit of an item when it reaches you. To find your measurements, the best thing you can do is to measure a garment of the same kind that fits you well.
So, for example, lay a dress that fits you well flat then measure across the waist. If the distance is 20 inches, then the waist measurement is 40 inches. Then do the same with the bust, measuring from underarm to underarm, then once again double the measurement to find the bust measurement (if the underarm to underarm measures 26”, then the bust will be 52”) and hips if required, doubling them in the same way. Finally, measure the length from shoulder to hem (length measurements in my listings will always be shoulder to hem, unless it is specified that they are taken from elsewhere).
