Invicta Reserve Chaos 45657

Whichever way you look at it this is a lot of watch. At 54mm in dia and 20mm thick it is large and proud of it. This is the latest incarnation of the Chaos. Earlier models had a bezel not unlike the Invicta Gearhead. This latest version seems to be a fusion between the Chaos casework and the Venom bezel.

In the flesh it is hard to get you mind around the shear presence of this timepiece. The detail and fit and finish of these “Reserve” pieces is second to none. The integration of the case and bracelet looks brutal but in a good way.

The dial is deep dished with an almost vertical outer chapter ring finished in black with round white lumed indices outlined in silver. The grade A abalone dial on this model has to be seen to be believed. This dial is alive with colours and hues of the rainbow, ever changing dependant upon light angles.

The dial supports three chronograph sub dials of the Swiss ETA G10.212 quartz movement. Sub dials count down perpetual seconds, timed 1/10th seconds and accumulated minutes. A date window can be found at the 4 o’clock position.

The large crown and chronograph pushers on the right side of the case screw down into their locking position allowing for a dive rated 200 metres of water resistance. The screw down back has been machined with a raised logo depicting the name “Chaos” and “Invicta Reserve”. Again, the attention to detail and the money thrown at these models is extraordinary.

The way the bracelet attaches to the case is unusual to say the least. The words, “industrial” and “tank like” come to mind however it is so well executed that these words are not descriptive enough. There is just so much going on with this timepiece it will be simpler for me to take detailed photographs.

Timepieces are new with tag and plastics attached. Comes in an Invicta Presentation Case and will be sent for free via Express Post within the land of Oz.

I have a No Return setting on my listings in an effort to combat unethical buyers returning items at will for no good reason thus increasing prices for the rest of us. If you have an issue with any of my watches please contact me for resolution.

All watches listed by me are in stock here in Australia and will be sent to purchasers within 24 hours of purchase.

I have been fielding enquiries recently in relation to the authenticity of the watches I sell and also customers wanting all plastics removed from the watches when being photographed.

Firstly all my watches are certainly authentic. I do not sell, replica watches all though I do know that replica Invicta's do exist as I have myself unknowingly purchase a couple. My advice is not to buy Invicta watches where the country of origin is China. Having said that both replica's I purchased were from the United States, obviously marketed through Chinese affiliates in that country. Try to buy from reputable sellers.

If I describe a watch as new, then it is new and generally is wrapped in the manufacture's plastics. I do remove and replace some but not all of these plastics for photographic clarity. Most of my customers prefer an unmolested product where plastics are concerned however if you are genuine in your enquiry and prefer that all plastics be removed for photographic purposes then contact me and I will oblige.
