REDUCED.  A1800s Silver Plated Cherub Purse, Repousse Figural Flute Playing Cherubs. , Black Beaded Flapper Dangles ,Blue beaded Flower Bag, Purple Silk Lined, Paper Clip Chain Edwardian. 150 Years Old Only 249.90
The Cherubs playing flutes, curlicues , flowers, fruit & cornucopias are darling. It is unmarked silver plate. It was so dark even after polishing, I highlighted to raised figures with liquid silver guilt leaf paint. This was a muted brown dull purse. I added 3" Victorian Beaded over a Blue micro-beaded pink flower bag leaving old lining in bag. This is really a flapper bag now, with dangling beads, tassels & beautiful beaded flowers. The beaded purse is itself 100 years old. It is in good condition. This is not new. It is not mint. Here & there beads are missing; but with 1000s the loss is insignificant. I replaced the few obvious losses .
One arm of frame has been repaired with JB Weld in a thick matching metal sleeve. This repair is guaranteed for 1 year; I would repair it free of charge. See final picture.; opens, closes & snaps fine.
The lining is a royal purple silk somewhat faded. Glorious Purse is 14 1/2 " long x 7 1/2" wide closed. Not counting 15 3/4" long large silver paper clip chain.
