I put all Printed Material like Sales Catalogs and Product Brochures in sealed plastic. Then I put the plastic bag in between an 8 ½ by 11-inch cardboard envelope. The cardboard envelope goes inside a large mailing envelope. This is my procedure for shipping all sales catalogs and product brochures in an attempt to prevent rainwater or bending damage.
