In the case of any error on our behalf we will cover the cost of return shipping. For international customers, you are responsible for having the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred (unless of an error on our behalf). Please mark the package as 'Return of sample merchandise, origin UK. We are not responsible for items that do not reach us. It is the responsibility of the international customer to label the returned package correctly as returned goods, so as to avoid any needless charges when re-entering the UK. OUR HISTORY:
McCulloch's, the transition to jewelry making began when Has De Silva, a fifth-generation jeweler from the De Silva family, acquired McCulloch?s in 2017. Has had a long-standing family tradition in the jewelry industry and was determined to continue this legacy. His journey in jewelry began with his BA (Hons) degree in Jewelry Designing, Silversmithing, and Jewelry Manufacturing from the University of Kent in Canterbury. After completing his education, Has gained valuable experience by working for several prestigious jewelers in Mayfair, London, and in Winchester. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Has decided to embark on his own jewelry business in 2017 by acquiring McCulloch's and transforming it into a modern bespoke jeweler. Under Has guidance, McCulloch's has evolved into a successful and award-winning bespoke jeweler. In 2021, the company won the UK Jewelry Awards for the Bespoke Jeweler of the Year, further establishing its reputation in the industry. The transformation of McCulloch's from a watchmaking business to a renowned bespoke jeweler is a testament to Has De Silva's expertise and dedication to the craft.

Based Nottingham and London, we have access to an extensive range of jewelry on a daily basis. Our collection has been built over many years and is extremely varied. We handpick all of our items and as such we have a very inimitable selection of jewelry. We are constantly adding new stock to the collection, and whilst we have a particular passion for vintage and antique pieces, we carry an extensive and diverse selection of designer, contemporary and fine jewelry.
