Shipping:

-All the item will be shipped by An Post www.anpost.ie

-Ireland  Post will takes 1-3 business days for delivery

-UK/Europe Airmail will takes 3-7 business days for delivery

-Rest of the World Airmail will takes 4-12 business days for delivery

-We are not responsible for non-registered parcel lost / item damaged in transit

-Shipping, Handling and Insurance fee s are not negotiable

-No direct collection service provided

Returns Information:

Returning Sealed Items
Customer service is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your product please contact us. All products come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee policy. 

Products must remain sealed. Buyer pays return postage. The full amount paid less the original postage will be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance. 

Defective items must be noticed within 7 days of the date you received it. Please allow 3 business days after we receive the item to process your return.

Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 5 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. 

Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. 

Once we have inspected the goods, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. 

We test returned items or forward to the manufacturer for thorough testing, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it’s more than 14 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. 

The repair will be carried out by the manufacturer, it is a good idea to keep all documentation in-order to contact the manufacturer returns department.
