Condition:

The guitar has a small but some what deep scratch on the back of the body (see pics) It is also missing the tremolo bar. Otherwise, this guitar is in excellent, near mint condition. The techs found no other issues and it has little to no play wear. It looks, plays and sounds great! Please see pictures for over all condition of the guitar. The actual item for sale is shown in the photographs.

We are an authorized dealer for brand approved manufacturer refurbished guitars. These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected, set up and cleared by a certified technician. They are sent there for many reasons, including: returns, cosmetic flaws, minor repairs, surplus & discontinued or last years models. The guitars serial number may be partially altered and/or replaced and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped "used" by the authorized refurbishing center per manufacturer agreements.

We ship our items world wide and take great care in how we pack our Instruments. All shipments are professionally packaged, fully insured and ship out the same or next business day. Tracking info is provided via email at the time of shipment. Most shipments will require a signature upon arrival.

Returns

In the rare case an item arrives damaged or defective just contact us with proof of damage/defect and we will file an insurance claim or arrange return shipping for domestic orders and issue a full refund. For insurance purposes we do not issue partial refunds and we can not except a return do to any damage if it is not reported within the first 48 hours with proof of damage.

Every instrument is fully setup prior to shipping however, setups can easily change in transit do to extreme temperatures, humidity changes and vibrations in delivery vehicles. Some adjustments may be needed upon arrival to fit the players personal taste or to offset any changes made in transit.
