This nice ESSO replica sign is 45"w X 30"h and was handmade by White Buffalo Sign Co. here in the USA.  The original sign image was captured by a high resolution large format scanner with care given to keep all the detail of the aged original sign. Then the printed image was applied to 1/8th inch thick DiBond material which is the industries leading aluminum composite product. It is lightweight, extremely rigid and strong making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.
