This antique needle case from the early 1900s was made in Redditch, England by Superfine Sewing Needles. (Case states patented Aug. 11th 1914) The case is designed to hold hand sewing needles and is made of a patterned leather material. It is an original antique piece and was manufactured before 1930.

The case is labeled as a "Needle Case", contains full sets of hand sewing needles; Superfine sewing needles are gold tipped. Other needles are listed as tapestry, crewel, milliners, and darners. The case folds by 4 and is like a small book when closed. The outside does show some where at edges but overall is in good condition for it’s obvious age. It is perfect for collectors or those who appreciate vintage sewing items. It is a rare find and would make a great addition to any antique or sewing collection.
