The kit is opened but has been checked as complete against the instructions. Some of the parts are off the sprues.
 Decals are in good condition but the backing paper appears to have some staining.  This does not seem to have effected the decals.  
The box is in OK condition some creasing, bumped corners, opened one end, Tape marks, tear to to the flap of the open end. (Basically the usual cheap Revell box).  Colours are still bold.
