You are viewing a Longaberger 1993 Inaugural Basket Lid made by K.S. Lanam Co.  The Lid measures 4.5"SQ x 1.25"H and features 2 American Flags, a Bald Eagle and a circle of Stars. The top of the Lid is perfect and the bottom has some light scratches that were hard to capture in the photos.  It comes from my smoke-free home.
