The American Vintage II 1954 Precision Bass features an ash body, Vintage Blonde or 2-Color Sunburst, and a 1ply white pickguard to recreate the typical tone and feel of the original models produced at the time.

The materials used are cross covered wire, fiber bobbin, and alnico magnet.

Additionally, much of the hardware is manufactured on the original machinery used by Fender in the 50's and 60's.
