Nice condition,Has some light creases in corner, some light surface marks,and scuffs,not too noticeable,and some of the pages are a little wavy and discolored from sitting so long.(see pictures)This item was found in a storage unit I purchased with a lot of signed memorabilia, so I cannot verify signature.colors are bright and displays great.
