This listing  is for a Wally Waterlung Scuba advertising Nodder.  He was made in  the 60s as part of the advertising world of nodders. He was made for Sports Ways Scuba gear, a company still in existence and based in California. He’s 7 inches tall and is wearing his black scuba skin suit AND still has the breather string attached! His base decal blends into the base making it hard to see, but it reads "WALLY WATERLUNG." Bottom has original "Japan" Sticker.

Rich, vibrant color and near perfect paint for it's age. truly charming piece of diving history.
