I've been collecting since 1982.  I have  a  large   collection  that contains a  lot  of  Silver & Bronze & Copper Age  comics  and I will be  SELLING  THEM  ALL!!!  I moved house and it’s more humid where I am  now.  Not a good change for the comics!  I’d rather  let other collectors have  fun with  these  books  than  watch them go to waste.  Prior to my decision to sell them, I didn’t have a single one slabbed, and I started doing that in 2018.  Nothing has had time to deteriorate further, so the grade you see on the slab will be accurate.  ENJOY!!!

My home is a SMOKE-FREE home!  The only way you get a ciggie-smelling item from me is if it was that way when I got it!  Please note that when I say ‘smoke,’ I mean ALL smoke.  No vaping and no “herb,” either.

I will insure books/CDs/LDs/DVDs/Blu-Rays when necessary and  all  will ship in a BOX/CARDBOARD MAILER.  NO  cardboard sandwich.

PLEASE NOTE:  Buyers who cannot pay promptly  need to CONTACT ME.  I do NOT wait  for a week  wondering if I’m  going to get paid.  I have no problem  holding an item for a few  days (we all  understand things like PayDay Friday), even up to a week, but  there needs to be a mutually  acceptable  schedule established for when  payment/shipping  will take place.  

RESERVES:  Just to let everyone know, I do NOT use reserve prices.  I would NEVER treat buyers like that.  My starting bid is my reserve.

A PRESSING QUESTION:  As a general rule, I do NOT get my books professionally pressed, though I will often do it after having had a book signed.  I cannot, however, make promises for books that I did not buy off the shelf myself.  It’s possible books that were not ‘new’ when I purchased them may have been pressed by a previous owner.  If I ever have a book that I know was professionally pressed, I will disclose that in the description.

STOCK PHOTOS:  Unless I state otherwise, I do NOT use stock photos.  The photos you see will be of the item for sale/auction.  I will disclose it in the description if that is not the case.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  Remember that even if I’m offering free  shipping, you will still need to pay eBay for  their eBay International shipping.  As soon  as your purchase leaves the USA, you  are  paying  for the international shipping  regardless.

MAGAZINE-SIZED ITEM BUYERS:  The USPS regional-rate box is longer than the flat-rate box and as such I Will Not Ship magazines in a flat-rate box!  Sorry for any inconvenience, but flat-rate box dimensions are too small to ship magazines safely and that’s just the way it is.

PRETTY COLOURS:  Regarding the Newton Rings or ‘rainbow smudge’ effect inside a CGC slab:  This happens when different types of plastics come into contact and produce what looks like an oily rainbow smear inside the CGC slab.  It is not caused by a foreign substance and there is no damage to the comic or slab whatsoever due to this effect.  It’s normal and the design of the hard plastic shell with the inner protective sleeve inside it makes this an inevitable occurrence in many cases.  For reasons unknown, CBCS slabs do not seem prone to Newton Rings.  Hate Newton Rings?  Switch to CBCS.
