KW Praktica, SLR camera with waist viewfinder, M42 mount. 
Leather case included (missing mounting screw).

CONDITION:
Tested were:
  1. Cocking and shutter: ok, no light leaks.
  2. Shutter speeds: B and fast "black" speeds all seem to work fine, slow "red" speeds sometimes they work fine, sometimes too fast.
  3. Mirror : a few minor scratches and a tiny fog on the bottom edge, apart from that clean without damage.
  4. Focusing screen and viewfinder: clear with minor dust/specks, no damages.
  5. Counter: ok.
  6. Visual condition: see photos.
The camera has not been tested with film!
