This frame is in good condition, has pretty low miles from what I can tell. There are some stains that won't come off with Simple Green, may need something stronger. The aluminum finish is matte so it seems to catch stains easily. The original seatpost and headset are included. Seatpost is not stuck, moves freely when loosened. The headset seems to be fine as well. I believe this is a 1996 model but not 100% positive.
