You are bidding on a “Felix The Cat Action Figure which does not move. Not sure where This is from and if it’s a prototype or not since there are no markings and haven’t found one anywhere to compare it to for years.   There is no packaging or box.  It is in Excellent condition with just a couple teeny remnants of glue on the back of his neck where his shoulders meet!!
