This is a mid-size, clear glass drinking boot with wrinkles above the ankle, embossed rowel & straps, wide rim  and low heel.  The strap across the front has raised highlight bumps.  It is open all the way to the toe.  Unmarked.  Approx. 4-3/4 in. long x 5-3/4 in. tall.
