Any gemstone listed except for diamonds should be considered Lab created or man made unless listed as natural.

For semiprecious gemstone jewelry (Not diamonds). A high end thermal refracting gemstone tester is used to help determine what a gemstone might be. It doesn't guarantee 100% accuracy because some stones refract heat similar, but it narrows down the possibilities. I also try taking accurate pictures to help buyers determine what they believe a stone to be.

The most commonly used semiprecious gemstones found in jewelry include: Amber, Garnet, Amethyst, Tanzanite, Topaz, Tourmaline, Spinel, Emerald, Moonstone, Sapphire, Iolite, Citrine, Aquamarine, Marcasite, Quartz and Ruby.

Stones like Turquoise, Coral, Opal, Onyx, Lapis, Sodalite, Larimar, Jasper, Agate and Malachite are commonly used in
Native American, Southwestern and Mexican jewelry.

A tester easily shows differences between a gemstone (Natural or Lab created) and colored glass but, it can not determine differences between Lab created and natural stones.

I personally believe my listings are priced very fair at the prices posted. I still chose to use the best offer option on most of my auctions to allow "reasonable" offers to be considered. Even then I may decline offers. I also use an Auto-decline setting to filter out thoughtless offers so please don't take it personally. I'm not even made aware of offers that get auto-declined. The setting is based on different percentages. Whether your buying 1 item or 20 items the percentage stays the same.

Canceling a Transaction
