About our company.

Started in 2019, Anchor Motorworks in a family run business run by a gearhead and Volkswagen nerd. We have attempted to step in and fill a void in the market for some of the uncommon Volkswagens ,such as the W8 Passats, V10 TDI Touaregs, W12 Phaetons, and many other unique vehicles. We strive to do everything as good as or better than OEM and stand behind our products.


RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 30 day return policy on new and unused items in original packaging. Please see the Returns section of the listing for full return policy information.

WARRANTY 

This item has a 5 year limited warranty. Anchor Motorworks will, at its discression, either repair or replace failed units after the customer performs such tests as are deemed necessary in a case by case decision. 

We will not warranty units which are soaked with oil, fuel or coolant or show signs of being submerged in water. Also we will require proof of purchase for any warranty claim.

Anchor Motorworks will not be held liable for any damages which may be deemed to have been caused by the failure of a unit, neither will they be held liable for the labor to remove and replace said unit.
