This bear is in excellent condition.  The only thing I can find is a few stitches that have come out on the inside of the leg where the leg meets the foot.  It is not noticeable, but could be re-sewed quickly.  The tag says "Eden Toys, Inc., N.Y., N.Y., U.S.A.  Made in Haiti."  I will add extra insurance to cover the price the bear sells for.
