With a heavy heart, I'm selling this cherished Royal Hampshire Art Foundry Battle of Britain set of 14 figures, featuring the following:

• General Wingate's Chindits (with a small chip in the silver plate on the brim of his hat, as shown in photo)

• The King's Regiment (with a small chip on the corner of the wooden base, as shown in photo)

• The British Submarine Captain
• The RAF Squadron Leader
• The Military Police (Army)
• The Special Boat Squadron
• The Australian Militia
• The 1st Regiment Royal Marine Corps
• The S.A.S Regiment

Originally collected by my grandfather, a Parachute Regiment veteran, these figures have held a special place in our family for years. My brothers and I would spend hours gazing at these meticulously detailed figures, each one hand-cast and plated in pure silver. They truly capture the essence of the brave men who fought in the Battle of Britain.

A Rare Piece of British Military History

This collection is a unique opportunity to own a piece of British military history. Each sculpture was hand cast from original moulds, then meticulously finished before being polished and plated with pure silver. These figures are no longer available from the Royal Hampshire Art Foundry, making this a truly special set.

A New Home for These Cherished Figures

Due to space limitations, I can no longer display this collection as it deserves. My hope is to find these figures a new home where they can be appreciated by another collector or fellow Parachute Regiment family.

• The original collector's letter and booklets are included, as are the original boxes for each figure.
• The figurines have been stored in a display case and are in very good condition.
• Please see the detailed description above regarding minor condition issues.
• The original glue used to secure the name plates and figures to the wooden bases has weakened in some instances and has been repaired with super glue. Due to the age of the glue, it is possible that further gluing may be required upon receiving the items.
• I have packaged the figurines securely, but cannot guarantee that the original glue will hold in all cases. By purchasing these figurines, you acknowledge and understand this condition.
