I belive this is a Cake/Gateau/Cheesecake serving platter

One side is typically decorated with Roses & Gilding

The Floral decoration is bright & solid as is the Gold Gilding

On the other side of the plate is a lip presumably to prevent spillage

Good condition no cracks or chips
