Huawei B628-350 WiFi

Huawei B628-350 is a new 4G Wireless router supporting LTE category 12 with Qualcomm MDM9250 chipset. This Huawei B628 router is capable of delivering data transfer speeds of up to 600 Mbps on a 4G network, while the 2.4/5 GHz frequency support provides data transfer speeds of up to 1167 Mbps. It can support up to 64 wireless users to access the internet. There are two TS-9 connectors for external antennas. And the RJ45 & RJ11 ports are available for WAN/LAN and telephone.

Set Up Home Wireless

1.Your TPG Nano SIM card has already been inserted andactivated for your convenience. Please do not remove it fromthe modem.
2.Place the modem in a clear space near a window, avoidingdirect sunlight. Placing the modem on the floor or in acupboard may cause a weak signal.

3.Use the supplied power cable to connect the modem'sPOWER port to an available power outlet, then turn themodem on using the Power button on the base of the modem
4.Wait for the modem's Power, 4G and WiFi ights to turn onand settle
5.If the 4G light is red, move your modem to another location5ideally near a window, away from direct sunlight.
6.You can use an additional Ethernet cable to connect acomputer to any of the 2 LAN ports. Alternatively, follow thesteps on the next page to connect devices via WiFi

Connecting WiFi

1.It's easiest to connect your devices using your modem's default WiFinetwork name(SSID) and password - once connected, your deviceswill remember the WiFi password for you.
2.You'll find the default WiFi network name (SSID) and password on thebarcode sticker located on the base of your modem.
3.Your modem will automatically connect your devices to the bestWiFi network possible (i.e. 5GHz) Older devices may only be able toconnect to the 2.4GHz WiFi
