This antenna is a Civil air band vertical antenna centered around 127mhz to cover 118 to 136mhz.

The design is a sleeved coaxial dipole enclosed in a sealed 20mm conduit sleeve with a coaxial choke wound around the conduit. Choke is sealed with electrical tape over which is sealed with waterproof self amalgamating tape

Although designed primarily for civ air the antenna will give good results over the vhf/uhf spectrum from around 100 to 480mhz

The antenna comes with 5mtrs of quality coax with a bnc connection. 

The Antenna is fully sealed against weather and so can be used in or out doors
