In good shape, a few marks from cable rub, but no cracks . There is a tiny ding in the downtube. see pics. should not affect structural integrity. 

comes with Fox RP23 shock. Shock works ok, but could do with a service at some point. no damage or wear on the stanchion 

Frame bearings feel ok. 

Headset feels ok. a little notchy but cant feel it when riding, comes with a SC seatclamp also 

Would make a really nice kids bike
