We ship items within Australia only. We do not ship internationally.

Deliveries through Couriers are insured for peace of mind.

We cannot change the shipping address after payment made via PayPal (in accordance with PayPal's seller protection policy).
Once we dispatch item, we have no control over and cannot guarantee services provided by carriers and delays may occur at times.

Direct Deposit:

Account details are automatically provided by eBay at the time of checkout.
Payments can be made through your bank's internet banking or phone banking system, or at any Westpac branch.
Please use last 6 digits of item number as your payment reference.

Pay on Pickup:

We only accept only cash at the time of pickup.
Alternatively customer can first arrange Direct Deposit into our bank account, once the payment clears in our account customer can arrange time for pickup.
Please contact us to arrange the pickup time. Please be aware pickup items are not packed in box, if customer prefer item to be packed in box, $10 per item packaging charge will apply.

Back to base replacement warranty, parts & labour.
Postage and handling charges are customer’s responsibility.
Laptop batteries come with DOA (Dead on Arrival) replacement warranty.
Warranty does not cover any software related problems, accidental damage, or misuse.
Customer is liable for both the way shipping charges.
If item not found faulty, or any software related fault, or unnecessary warranty claims may entitled for charges.
