1950s Men Working Eiffel Tower Elevator Paris France Vintage 8mm Movie Film

Approx 25 seconds of footage of someone riding the elevator in the Eiffel Tower, filming men unsafely hanging and working (painting, hammering/banging?) on the pillars and beams of the structure.
Film played ok for me and does not appear to have any vinegar smell to it, but it is vintage, going on 70+ years old, and inherently is at risk like any old film for issues with condition and integrity.
*Note - film may or may not come on reels, it may be coiled in paper envelope. Varies based on how it was found and length.
