FLOOD MAY 31, 1889.  The reverse reads STONE BRIDGE FLAMING DEBRIS with an old bridge with train cars on it, a building and a lot of debris and a smoke cloud in the background.  It is in uncirculated condition.  Shipping will be $5.00.
