Specification:

Item Type: Blood Oxygen Probe
Material: Plastic
Applicable for CSI models, others are not applicable
Specification: LED 660nm/905nm/940nm
Maximum Output Power: 15 mw
Suitable for Adults with a weight >40kg, clamped on the index finger or any finger.

Spo2 Test Range: 70%~100%
Spo2 Test Accuracy: ±2% when 90%~100%, ±3% when 70%~89%
Pulse Rate Test Range: 30~245 bpm
Pulse Rate Test Accuracy: ±3 bpm
Main Structure: Consists of plug, cable and probe
Application: Used for pulse oximeters and multi-parameter monitors to continuously and non-invasively collect and transmit the pulse and oxygen saturation of patients (adults with a body weight >40kg); not suitable for weak perfusion and exercise conditions Monitoring, the probe is not suitable for long-term monitoring, it should be checked every 4 hours or measured with 2 fingers.

Contraindications: Do not fix this product in a location where the patient has tissue damage; it is not suitable for patients and users who are allergic to PVC, TPU, TPE, ABS plastics.

Warning:
A) Improper use will cause inaccurate measurement.
B) When the light is too strong, the measurement will be inaccurate. In some cases, a piece of opaque material should be used to shade the light around the sensor.
C) The blood oxygen saturation probe should be moved to a new location at least every 4 hours. Because local skin conditions will affect the ability of the skin to withstand the placement of the probe, it is necessary to change the position of the sensor frequently according to the conditions of some patients. If the integrity of the skin changes, the probe needs to be moved to another location.
D) Dye in the blood vessel will cause inaccurate measurement.
E) The performance of the probe is easily affected by activities, so it is not suitable for active patients.
F) Do not use straps to fix the probe or tie it to death, because venous pulsation will cause inaccurate saturation measurement.
G) Like other armarium, cables should be placed so as not to entangle or suffocate the patient.

H) Do not use during MRI scan. Because the conductor current will cause burns. Moreover, the blood oxygen saturation probe will affect the MRI image, and the MRI device will also affect the accuracy of the blood oxygen measurement.
I) Do not change or modify this product at will. Because this will affect its performance or accuracy.
J) Do not use radiation, steam or ethylene oxide for degassing.
K) Do not immerse the product in liquid for cleaning and degassing.
L) Mobile phones or mobile RF communication equipment will affect the operation of this sensor.

How to Use:
1) Place your index finger on the sensor window of the pulse oximetry probe, and touch the stop button at the end of your finger.
2) If the nail is too long, it will affect the fingertip to touch the stop button.
3) Open the lower cover of the finger clamp of the sensor to apply even force to the entire length of the gasket. Check the location of the sensor. If the index finger is placed incorrectly or cannot be used, you can use other fingers or use other types of oxygen sensors. Do not use the pulse oximetry probe on children’s thumbs or toes, or on the entire hands and feet.
Note: When selecting the sensor placement site, priority should be given to the limb site without arterial catheter, blood pressure cuff and venous infusion tube.
4) When placing the sensor, route the cable along the back of the hand.
5) Connect the pulse oximetry probe to the oximeter and check whether the operating procedure complies with the steps described in the operating manual.
Note: If the sensor cannot accurately monitor the pulse beating, it means that its position is improper or its place is too thick, too thin, or too pigmented to achieve proper light transmission. If the above situation occurs, reposition the sensor or select another type of sensor.

Maintenance, Cleaning, Disinfection And Sterilization:
A) Check whether the product is undamaged and clean before use.
B) Cleaning: Use mild detergent or solution to soak a warm cloth when cleaning. The product should be dried thoroughly after cleaning.
C) Disinfection: Use chemical disinfectants, such as ethanol, propanol or phenol disinfectants. Note: Do not immerse the product in liquid. Don't be exposed to strong ultraviolet radiation.
D) Sterilization: Sterilize with ethylene oxide gas (Et0) at the maximum temperature of 50°C/122°F, and then perform necessary ventilation according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

Use Period: It is recommended to replace it every 6 months of use. If you still need to use it, please evaluate it and strictly inspect it during use.

Storage Method: After cleaning, disinfecting and drying the product, put it in a sealed plastic bag
The Surrounding Environment Should Meet the Following Conditions:
Temperature: -10~+40℃
Relative Humidity: Not More than 80%
Atmospheric Pressure: 86kPa~106kPa

Package List:

1 x Blood Oxygen Probe

Note:

A) When selecting the sensor placement site, priority should be given to the limb site without arterial catheter, blood pressure cuff and venous infusion tube.
B) If the sensor cannot accurately monitor the pulse, it means that its position is improper or the place where it is placed is too thick, too thin or the pigment is too deep to achieve proper light transmission effect. If the above situation occurs, reposition the sensor or select another type of sensor.
C) This sensor is used in special clinical instruments. The operator is responsible for checking whether it is compatible. Incompatible accessories or equipment will affect the test results.
D) After the probe is removed from the human body, due to external light interference, data and waveforms may still be displayed on the monitor or oximeter. This does not mean that the probe is malfunctioning, but the value displayed at this time cannot be used as a clinical diagnosis basis .
