Up for Sale is a wonderful antique hickory wooden shafted Mashie Iron. 

The club features a rare slotted (4 vertical slots) hosel. Hard to find.

Pat'd May 14, 1918. Please read and see the marking on the head.

There is the stamp MADE BY THE CRAWFORD, McGREGOR & CANBY CO. DAYTON OHIO on the shaft. 

The shaft is tight to the hosel. No cracks.

The grip is a wrapped leather in good vintage condition with normal wear. 

The club seems to be straight as for a hickory shafted club.

I list the club as collectible or display only not for playing.
