Condition is used.   Measures approximately 19" tall by 14" wide.  When you turn on bulb, it clicks a few times, so I think it may be a 3 way lamp.  The lamp is heavy.  The brass finish is tarnished, dinged, dented, and scratched.  The milk glass shade and glass chimney have no chips, cracks, or breakage.  The shade fitter ring measures approximately 8".  Please see the pictures as they are part of the description.   Message me with any questions.   Shipped with USPS Ground Advantage mail.
