This one of a kind handmade farmhouse quilt is red, white, blue, navy blue, cream and off white. It has a patriotic 2000 millennium theme with clocks, antique pocket watches, stars, etc. It is made of an assortment of pieced cotton fabrics including 100% cotton, denim blue jean, red and cream striped feedsack material, etc. The patterns include solids, stripes, floral, stars, prints, etc. Several fabrics are dated. The border fabric is red with a slight tie dye look with stars that look like fireworks. The back of the quilt is off white muslin type fabric with blue feedsack like stripes with slight iridescent shimmer running through the stripes. The quilt has been quilted with a star pattern with red thread. There is a curtain rod pocket on the reverse side of the quilt in order to display on a wall. The pocket opening is just under 3 inches wide. It's an absolutely beautiful piece of vintage artwork that is worthy to be passed down throughout generations to commemorate the turn of the century. The workmanship and quality is gorgeous and I think you'll be extremely pleased.
