Vintage armorial porcelain small bowl, handpainted with an elaborate heraldic crest with birds and tasseled curtains and with a cobalt blue band to the rim, decorated with gilt stars. Japanese porcelain handpainted and produced in Taiwan in the 20th century, replicating an 18th-century Chinese Export porcelain design. Bowl measures 5.5" in diameter and 1 3/8" high. In excellent condition, with no chips or cracks, gilt rim and detailing still bright.
