Payments

Upon successfully winning an auction you will be notified by eBay of your winning bid and provided with instructions for completing the transaction. Payment for Buy it Now items is collected at checkout and handled by eBay.

• If you are purchasing an item and live outside of the USA please note that you may be responsible for additional country-specific taxes and duties.
• All purchases will be shipped to the address you specify when completing your purchase. Shipping addresses cannot be changed or rerouted.
• Winning auctions must be paid within five days of the completion of the auction, or the transaction will be canceled.
  

Shipping

Since all items are made to order, we require 3 - 10 business days from receiving the payment to the day we ship. Once your item(s) are ready to leave our facility a shipping confirmation will be sent to you by email. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please be sure to inspect your package upon arrival for tampering or damage. Rush orders are welcome. Please call for availability.

Domestic

All orders are fully insured, and high-value items may require a direct signature upon delivery. We ship via US mail (USPS), FedEx and UPS.

International

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item's price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be collected by the delivery service in your local jurisdiction. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs. We are not responsible for any customs charges or holdups. The delivery agent will usually come to your house or call to inform you of duty or VAT fees. This amount is a customs charge, not postage. International items are shipped via US mail (USPS), United States Postal Service, Global Express Mail, or Federal Express Overnight. All shipments are insured. Shipments can take approximately five business days to arrive from the date of shipment due to customs clearance. Please note that we CANNOT mark the customs tag as a "GIFT" or value the order at less than what you paid for the merchandise.

APO/FPO

All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. This may take several weeks depending on your location. Packages sent to these addresses cannot be tracked.

Ring Sizing

Most rings on our site are manufactured in your actual finger size. Before placing your order, you should visit a jeweler and have your finger sized, or you can utilize the following sizing guides.

International clients can provide us with their country's local finger size, and we can size the ring accordingly.

We provide a free size adjustment on unworn rings within 30 days of purchase. Subsequent ring adjustments and all auction items are $25 for the first two sizes up and any number of sizes down from the current size. Additional sizes up after the first two are $8 each. Shipping and handling is an additional charge; contact us for specific details.

Many plain and engraved wedding bands are crafted out of a solid unseamed block of precious metal and are not able to be sized the traditional way. If your finger size changes, you can return your ring to us, and we will replace it with a new ring in the correct size. The charge for this service is 15% of the original purchase price plus shipping and handling. This policy applies only to certain styles, so please contact us for specific details.

• The item must not be altered or damaged in any way, including scratches and scuffs from wear.
• Rings must not have been sized or altered in any way.
• ALL PAPERWORK and packaging must be returned, including grading certificates.
• Please return your ring in the original product box, packing it carefully to ensure it is not damaged in shipping.

Upon receiving your item, we will process your return within 7 days, and eBay will credit your original payment method.

We follow eBays return policy. Items returned damaged may incur a restocking fee. Special orders, including customized engraving, are nonrefundable.
