EQUIPMENT WE SELL

We do not sell every piece of equipment that is brought to us. We specialize in well-known, trusted brands and hard to find pieces that are in good to excellent condition. As a rule, we do not accept or offer worn out or abused machinery. We describe items being sold to the best of our knowledge. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all of the equipment we sell is tested by a qualified technician and in perfect working order. 

HOW WE TEST

Every piece of equipment we place for sale is checked, tested and comes with a warranty unless stated otherwise. We do not test equipment with a product. For example, when testing a pizza oven, we make sure that all parts, mechanics, and electronics, are performing like they're supposed to. We do not cook actual pizza as part of a test.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. An item will only be shipped after payment is cleared. Items are normally shipped within 2-3 business days of payment being cleared. Allow additional time to crate larger and heavy items.  Any additional shipping services such as residential address delivery fee, lift gate, etc. to be paid by the buyer prior to shipping. All additional charges arising from the buyer not being able to accept or unload freight at the time of delivery are to be paid by the buyer. Shipping to Canada: The buyer is responsible for providing seller w/customs broker contact information and all paperwork required for shipping to Canada prior to shipping. If freight arrives damaged, which happens on very rare occasions, the buyer is to take the following actions: a. Note all damages on the delivery receipt and ask the delivery driver to sign it. b. Take multiple, detailed pictures of the damaged item. c. Let us know as soon as possible so the claim can be filed timely.

2.  All items are described to the best of our knowledge. The buyer is responsible for confirming item's technical and electrical specs with the manufacturer prior to purchase/ bidding. We carry no responsibility for alterations, modifications, and customizations made by the item's previous owner/operator. Unless otherwise stated, all items sold are used, and as such, will have dents, scratches, chips, rust, discolorations, and cracks. Props, tables, stands on which equipment is placed to be photographed, items in background and foreground are not included in the sale unless specifically mentioned in the description. If it's not in the pictures, it's not included in a sale.

3. Customer pick-ups. A buyer has an option of picking up a purchased item in person to save on shipping and packing. Securing the load is the sole responsibility of the customer. Seller assumes no responsibility for loads secured by the buyer or someone acting on the behalf of the buyer. Bring appropriate means of securing your purchase. 

4. Warranty: We offer 30 days major parts warranty. Major Parts do not include accessories, cracked or discolored plastic covers, parts that are commonly changed due to normal wear and tear: belts, seals, covers, decals, etc. Warranty does not cover costs of labor. ANY WORK DONE ON A PURCHASED UNIT WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE SELLER WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED. The warranty starts the day the item is delivered or picked up by the buyer or someone on behalf of the buyer. The warranty will not apply when one of the following has met: a. over 30 days have passed after delivery date or pick-up date. b. the item was altered or customized by the buyer or someone on behalf of the buyer.
