Hallmarked with maker’s mark I.L. Head of George III, Town mark for Chester, date letter F for 1802. 

Measures approximately, 8 ½” long 1 ¾” across the bowl. Pictured next to a quarter coin for scale.
Weighs approximately, 52.78 grams.
