Frame is approximately 20.5” x 24.5”. Frame is not original, likely from 1980s-1990s.

Condition is very good, a some dirt in spots, could be cleaned. Excellent condition for its age.

Arthur Mitchell (1864 - 1954) was active/lived in Missouri, Illinois. Arthur Mitchell is known for Landscape.

A graduate of the St. Louis School of Fine Arts, landscape painter Arthur Mitchell was a graduate of the St. Louis School of Fine Arts where he studied with Gustav Wolff. He was also a member of the St. Louis Artist Guild and often exhibited within the St. Louis community.
