Most of our used phones and tablets are ex-corporate, from employees of banks, solicitors, Insurance, HMRC and more. We process thousands of ex-corporate phones and tablets annually.
All our refurbished phones and tablets are 2nd hand so will have some cosmetic wearing and signs of use. Any major damage or issues will be mentioned in the description or shown in the photos. Unless stated in the listing, the batteries have not been replaced. The amount of charge they hold will be reflected by the age of the phone or tablet. If batteries do not hold any charge this will be mentioned in the description. Batteries are not covered by warranty outside of the 30-day return period
Product Description
All phone and tablets we provide have been carefully selected and rigorously tested to meet our quality control and only the approved selection of phones and tablet is listed and offered for sale.
All phones and tablets are initially assessed, then fully data erased using industry leading data erasure software Blancco, once the data has been totally erased, our onsite qualified engineers carefully test all hardware components of the phone or tablet for full working order, this includes (if applicable), Touch Screen, 3G/4G Connectivity, Wi-Fi, Speakers, Microphone, Front and Rear Camera, Bluetooth, Finger Print Scanner, Mobile Charge Ports
Once the phone or tablet has been tested, to full working order, the phone is reset to factory setting ready for the new user.. All devises are fully cleaned and sanitised, then repackaged.

Tech Heaven is part of a large IT services group that has been trading on eBay since 2009, supplying quality refurbished IT equipment across Europe. We process over 350,000 devices PA and operate from a secure site in the West Midlands with over 100,000 square feet of warehouse.
All the assets that arrive into our facility are individually checked and put through 5 hours of testing and grading to ensure the devices are fit for purpose and in good working condition.
We have over 125 IT technicians and they use the latest software tools to data wipe and run comprehensive diagnostics software to ensure every component is tested. If they find any faulty units then these will either be repaired / replaced or send for secure disposal all within our secure facility.
Each device is then cleaned, using anti-bacterial wipes to ensure all bio hazardous material are removed and then, they are packed to ensure they are kept safe and secure during transport with environmentally friendly packaging.
We are a highly certified, accredited and environmentally focused business and we very much promote the circular economy and do everything we can to re-use devices that our customers no longer require.
Everything we do is focused on re-use and we even re-use packaging and other material to ensure nothing from our site goes to landfill from an IT point of view.
Within the UK we ship the next working day following your order via DPD 24 hour courier service.
For smaller items we also use royal mail 3-5 working day delivery.

Change of mind
If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake or have changed your mind we are happy to accept the item back and issue you a full refund.
All we ask is that you inform us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving it, Return the item in its original condition and cover the return postage costs yourself.
Faulty within 0-30 days
We try our best to make sure things run smoothly however sometimes things do go wrong.
If the item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a return or exchange for you. In these instances, we will cover any return postage costs.
Faulty 30 -90 Days
Unless otherwise stated we offer a 3 month warranty on our items. Please contact us so to arrange a repair or exchange.
We would not look to cover any postage or packaging costs associated.
We record the serial number of all items prior to shipping to be able to identify them for warranty purposes.
Damaged on delivery
We MUST be notified of damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt.
If the outer packaging appears damaged please either refuse the delivery or take photos of the outer packaging before opening the parcel.
Please report any damage to the item to us within 24 hours or receipt with images of the damage to the item and any packaging.
VAT
All of our prices include UK VAT.
A VAT invoice can be provided upon request.
As eBay only holds purchase details for 90 days please contact us within 90 days of your purchase to request this.
