The tag reads 42" but my measurements are closer to 44". Please see PIC#3 & PIC#4.

These jeans are crisp and stiff. The feel and look leads me (personally) to believe that these are brand new jeans- that have never been worn or washed.

My theory, is -that it is the intention of Levi's that these are purchased by someone who wants to wear size 42, and will be washed and therefore shrink down to size.

However, that is just a theory! And while these jeans are 100% cotton I cannot guarantee that they will shrink!
