Since the new EU directive now also provides for a one-year warranty for private sales - unless the seller excludes it - I declare that I do not assume any warranty for my privately sold items within the meaning of the EU directive. By purchasing the goods, you expressly agree to waive the guarantee / warranty. There is no right of cancellation or return (§312dAbs.4Nr.5BGB) on the items purchased from me, liability for material defects is excluded.
