Royal Doulton Large Character Jug 'Pied Piper' model number D6403. Hand painted, he has a black hat , maroon and yellow tunic and grey hair . 2 rats sitting at the top of the handle. Designed by Geoff Blower, issued 1954- 1981. No chips, cracks or craquelure.
