It comes complete with box, joypad controller, boxed Sega AC adaptor jap 110V (it requires a step down for 220V), RF cable with official switch box for japanese signal (not suitable with Pal TVs), and a re-printed copy of instruction manual. The console works great. (Note to test it I used an old RF cable from Nintendo). Unit is in good condition, it has a few signs. All the accessories are in good condition. Box is in good condition, outer box has signs of wear, please check the pictures.
