please be sure to measure your molds etc. before purchasing to make sure you have the right size. One inch is small!! Pull out your measuring tape so you get the perfect fit!

the 1 inch size is about the size of a US quarter, good for cake pops, chocolate strawberries and pretzel rods. Any small desserts

the 1.5 inch size is about the size of a half dollar coin
this size is good for chocolate covered strawberries, cake pops, mini cupcakes (covers the entire top), drink toppers, champagne toasts, or in the middle of a regular sized cupcake. It leaves a perfect border for sprinkles! If you are hand dipping your chocolate oreos, I would recommend this size. The 2 inch may be too large.

the 2 inch size is the exact size of the top of a regular sized cupcake
this size is perfect for chocolate covered oreos made in a 2 inch mold, regular sized cupcakes, cookies, etc.

this size is perfect for cookies, small cakes, cake decorating

the 3 inch size MUCH LARGER THAN a regular sized cupcake
this size is perfect for cookies, small cakes, cake decorating

How to use edible images
-Keep the edible images at room temperature in the packaging they came in until you're ready to use them. They are non perishable so they will not "go bad", but they will start to dry out and curl on the edges after about 6 months in storage.

-To apply the image to your dessert, simply press the image on to an already frosted and still sticky dessert, or spread frosting on the back of the image and stick it on to the dessert like a sticker. This method works well if you're putting the image onto fondant before putting on to the dessert. I recommend a buttercream type consistency frosting, but you can also use edible glue, clear piping gel, or corn syrup to stick them down. You can also press them down into royal frosting when it's still wet. Some people like to pipe a border around the edge to secure it down, but that is optional. DO NOT refrigerate or freeze once the image is placed on the desserts. You can leave at room temp for days, but the fridge or freezer may ripple the paper. Please see more tips and tricks in the photos.

-Classic wafer paper (not x-thick) is slightly transparent. Because of this, whatever color frosting is behind your image will show through. It is best to use white frosting or fondant behind the image as this will make the colors appear the brightest. If the toppers get wet with liquid they will dissolve, they do not like wetness or humidity. However, you can use these as drink toppers. Best on top of whipped cream or foam for longer lasting results.

-X thick wafer paper is 3x as thick as classic wafer paper. It is more of a wafer disc. Because of this, you can lay it on top of darker color frostings and the dark colors wont show through. It is not flexible like classic wafer paper. You are able to stick these straight up on your dessert with a beautiful effect.
