Fitment

All the items we sell are Japanese market models. It may differ from the specifications of other countries. The Japanese market specification is a ROUND shape, so the size is slightly smaller than the North American and European specifications.In most cases it can be adjusted by the interior. (If you have expeienced the size of an Arai's helmet beeing too tight, please consider that is one size larger.)

Shipping

We only send a product by Japan Post(EMS) only. We cannot ship items by DHL or FEDEX. Our business days are Monday - Friday excluding Japanese holidays.  If the item is out of stock at the time of order, you may have to wait for 3 months or more. Please check the Shipping and Payments tab for other shipping information.

International Buyers

Many countries impose additional taxes, duties or other charges on imported items. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost that we charge. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fees. We do not collect those fees, we do not have control over them, nor do we know how much they will be for any given country. Please check with your country's customs office before buying. PLEASE NOTE : We cannot devalue, mark items as gift/sample or alter custom documents in any way.

Return Policy

If you need to exchange an item, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, if you are returning an item for any reason that we are not at fault, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. ALL RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. All Returned items must be complete in new, unused condition. Return items must be in original manufacturer's packaging. All tags, labels and stickers must be attached. Items that are not like new with all tags and labels attached will not be accepted for return/exchange.
