1. Make sure the surface is clean, dry and smooth before applying the non skid tape.
2. Peel the protective film about 1'' from one end, apply the first part of the tape to the surface and continue removing the film while sticking the stairs treads to surface.
3. Once the non slip tape is in place, using the included rubber roller to firmly press it to the surface to ensure maximum adhesion. Apply extra pressure to edges.

On stairs treads, apply anti-slip treads at about 0.5-1'' away from the edge of the tread to prevent premature wear or curling of the tape edge.
We do not recommend applying non slip strips over grout lines.
Anti-slip tape can be applied to painted surfaces (wooden surfaces should be painted before applying), provided the paint is thoroughly dry.
