I purchased this directly from the Franklin Mint. She was displayed once in a glass case and has been stored since. I don't have the original boxes, but she has been stored with care. I'm not seeing any issues. Other than being out of the box, everything looks very close to new. I am not an avid collector, so if you have specific questions, please ask. I don't want to disappoint anyone. This doll is fabulous, but I don't have the space.
