Comes in good condition with minor wear due to previous use/display. No visibly bend or broken pieces but when sitting flat all wheels do not touch the surface so some adjusting may be needed. Clearly marked in a few places “925 Italy” signifying sterling silver. Royal blue top remains in good condition with no cracks or chips. Please see attached pictures for quality and condition.
