The backrest is adjustable to 7 different angles. It can be used as a flat bench, incline or a negative incline bench. The special design makes the weight bench more stable. Suitable for various workout programs.

The multifunctional weight bench offers many possibilities. e.g. strength training such as sit up and weights, or you can train various body parts such as shoulders, back and buttocks. You can also use the fitness rope to train your arms better.

Soft Barbell Bench:
